Wealth Is Not Measured Monetary

No matter how rich you are or your status, there’s a lack in you that is a blessing in the other man’s life. Check out this simple story
A rich dad took his son on a trip, he wanted to show him how poor people live. They spent time on the farm of a poor family. On the way home,
Dad asked, “Did you see how poor they are? What did you learn?”.
Son said,
We have one dog,
They have four,
We have a pool,
They have rivers,
We have chandeliers as light at night,
They have stars,
We buy our food,
They grow theirs,
We have walls to protect us,
They have friends,
We don’t know our neighbour,
They know everyone in the village,
We eat frozen fruits,
They pluck theirs fresh from the fruit trees,
We pay to see animals abused in cages they call zoos,
They play with these animals everyday, freely roaming in the wild.
DAD, did you see how that boy my age could milk a cow effortlessly, I don’t have a clue how to do that.
The son continued, “Thanks dad for showing me how poor we are.”
MORAL LESSON: It’s not money that make us rich, BUT it’s the simplicity and satisfaction of knowing that God created us for His pleasure.

  1. Wealth is not measured by the fatness of your Bank account, but by the weight of God’s presence around you. That’s B’cos He (God) owns it all. Haggai 2:8
