Give Thanks

Let’s thank God for seeing the last day of 2013. Many of those we started 2013 with have died, but we are alive, many are terminally ill but we are hale & hearty, many are homeless but we have a roof over our heads. Though we are far from perfect and definitely not better than the deceased & the destitute’s, we are highly favored. Many waters have passed under the bridge, many hopes dashed, many attempts on our lives and our families by the wicked ones but YET WE STAND, and HERE WE STAND.

For the good times & the bad, for the blessings & the lessons, for the goofs & the great uplifting in 2013, thank God.

\=D/ I am grateful for 2013 and hopeful for an incredible 2014. What about u?

Top 10 Best Principles Of Life

Top 10 Best Principles Of Life

(1) Never think or speak negatively about yourself; that
puts you in disagreement with God.

(2) Meditate on your God-given strengths and learn to
encourage yourself, for much of the time nobody else will.

(3) Don’t compare yourself to anybody else. You’re unique,
one of a kind, an original. So don’t settle for being a copy.

(4) Focus on your potential, not your limitations.
Remember, God lives in you!

(5) Find what you like to do, do well, and strive to do it
with excellence.

(6) Have the courage to be different. Be a God pleasure,
not a people pleasure .

(7) Learn to handle criticism. Let it develop you instead of
discourage you.

(8) Determine your own worth instead of letting others do
it for you. They’ll short-change you!

(9) Keep your shortcomings in perspective – you’re still a
work in progress.

(10) Focus daily on your greatest source of confidence –
the God Who lives in you .. !!

It is Christmas Not Xmas

I Literally cannot stand when people put Xmas. X was not born in manger. X didn’t give the blind sight. X didn’t heal the sick. X didn’t raise people from the dead. X didn’t feed 5,000 people with 2 fish and 5 loaves of bread. X didn’t live a perfect life. X didn’t take a cross so that we wouldn’t have to. Christ did, and people really have the nerve to replace his name with X. Really…..?

MTN came to Nigeria at a time when
nobody wanted to invest in Nigeria, at
a time when Nigerians did not have
phones. Even Zenith Bank refused to
loan MTN cash to operate, UBA
rejected MTN’s offer but today see the
difference.
At least we all know the story of the
only civilian unelected President in
Nigeria – Good-luck Jonathan. We
know how the people said he was not
going to be President; they even made
him acting President. Today the rest is
history.
What about Cowbell? When they
came to
Nigeria, they made milk in a sachet,
Peak was laughing at them – they said
Cowbell was milk for the poor – but
they were right! 3-million poor people
could afford N10 a day for a sachet of
milk. Ok, do the math -3million
people buying milk at N10.00- that
was N30million every single day. In a
month they grossed N900million
(almost N1billion). Even Peak had to
make sachet milk in order to survive in
the market.
So what have people told you? What
have they said you can not do, or you
do not qualify for, or you do not have
experience for? They told Cowbell,
they told Goodluck, they told MTN, but
today the story has changed.
I have a feeling something is
changing for you today! They will
change their strategies just to keep in
step with you. Don’t listen to what
people are saying or what life is
showing you… YES, YOU CAN.
Success is not about where you
graduated from, or what grade you
graduated with, but what graduates
out of you.
If someone has pass through it
before then you/we/I will…
Keep the spirit UP..!
